Starting Fresh

It's been over a year since my last post for many reasons...primarily, I've been trying to figure out what purpose this blog was to me.  I wasn't satisfied just giving information on certain skin conditions, even if it was from my perspective.  You can find that on any medical website.  I didn't really get that far attempting to chronicle my skin issues either. Boring. 

Yet I still felt drawn to write about something, anything.  My creative Aquarian side kept beseeching me to return to the blank "NEW POST" section.  Every time I came here, my usual talkative self went mute.  I realized that my words went deaf to my own ears because I didn't want to listen what I had to say.  I wasn't ready to accept what my subconscious was trying to tell me, scream to me.

It will be here that I will utilize this medium as an outlet to capture my intimate thought process of awakening.  Up until now, I realized that I have been viewing life through a dirty window.  That self-actualization forced me to realize that in order to live a full, balanced, enlightened life, I need to adjust the way I think, respond, eat, and exercise.

So, I am starting fresh...a new blog and a new outlook on living life - wholly, balanced and happy.
